So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Planning a Domain Structure
After you settle on the overall design of your namespace, you need to design your domain structure to support it. Each branch of the namespace breaks down to either a domain or an OU. Whether a branch is a domain or an OU depends on a variety of considerations, including the need for replication, security policy, resource availability, quality of the connection, and so forth.
Domains vs. Organizational Units
The Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003 network trees are made up of domains and OUs. Each provides for administrative boundaries between branches on the tree, but they have different implications and resource requirements.
