It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

After you install printers on the print server, you need to set security, set various printer options, select the default printer and its options, and select the print server and its options. This section explains how to perform these tasks and more.

Some people don’t think about security when setting up printers, but this can be an important factor to consider. For example, you might not want everyone to print to the five-dollar-a-page dye sublimation printer purchased for the art staff.
