When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Disk Management Tasks
Like all MMC snap-ins, the Disk Management snap-in can be opened in a number of ways. One of the most direct ways is to right-click the My Computer icon in the upper left corner of your desktop and choose Manage from the menu. This opens a local version of the Computer Management snap-in, containing the System Tools, Storage, and Services and Applications snap-ins. Click Storage to access the Removable Storage (if you have removable storage drives installed), Disk Defragmenter, Logical Drives, and Disk Management snap-ins, and then click Disk Management to open the Disk Management window. To open the Disk Management snap-in only, double-click the file Diskmgmt.msc in the %WinDir%\System32 directory.
