I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Updating Windows

There are several ways to keep a server updated:
Using the Windows Update Web site from the server to manually download relevant service packs, security patches, and hot fixes
Using the Windows Update Catalog (available from the Windows Update Web site) to download updates to a network server, from which you can manually install the updates, or deploy using Group Policy
Using Automatic Updates to automatically download and install security patches and hot fixes—either from the Windows Update Web site or from an internal Software Update ...
