I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Setting Remote Access Policies
In Windows NT 4 and Windows NT 3.51, remote access is granted based solely on whether the user’s account has dial-in permission. The permission is configured in User Manager or the Remote Access Administration utility.
In Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000, remote access is somewhat more complicated. Authorization is determined by a combination of the dial-in properties for the user account and the remote access policies. With remote access policies, connections can be authorized or denied based on the time of day, the Windows Server 2003 group to which the user belongs, the type of connection being requested, and many other variables.
