So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Microsoft provides a separate add-on package, MSDSS, that allows administrators of a Windows Server 2003 network to perform two-way directory synchronization between Active Directory and NDS. This allows users to use a single user account to access resources on both Microsoft and NetWare servers.
