So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Support Tools
The Windows Server 2003 Support Tools are immensely valuable because they provide functionality not otherwise available in the operating system. You’ll probably never use some of the tools, but a few will undoubtedly turn out to be priceless. This section discusses a few of these utilities. You can view a complete list by choosing Tools Help from the Windows Support Tools menu.
If you don’t see the Support Tools on your Programs menu, you’ll need to install them. To install the Windows 2003 Support Tools, insert the Windows Server 2003 CD-ROM. Open the Support folder and then the Tools folder. Doubleclick Suptools.msi to start the installation.
