I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
Upgrading a computer’s operating system to Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP is relatively easy, but the same can’t be said for upgrading domains to Active Directory. A lot of planning is required before a domain can be upgraded from Windows NT (and some preparation is necessary for Windows 2000 domains as well). This includes steps such as documenting the network, devising a recovery plan, creating a suitable Active Directory structure and then putting it all together into a plan of attack. Despite all the work involved, upgrading domains is usually the most painless way of moving to Active Directory.
