So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Oracle doesn’t only own the MySQL database: The company's main battleship is still the Oracle database server. This product also offers an excellent connection to PHP.
Oracle divides opinion. Fans see the product as the ultimate database, invincible[ 117 ] in terms of features and performance. Critics are surprised at the numerous peculiarities of the database compared to the competition. In other words: thanks to the good tools supplied, (almost) anyone can use Microsoft SQL Server, while Oracle is considered by many to be more powerful in professional applications.
