I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

OVER THE SHOULDER
Poses where the model looks over her shoulder tend to produce ugly wrinkles in the skin of her neck. However, there are plenty of ways to work around this effect. You can get your model to turn her torso slightly toward the camera to relax her neck a little, or ask her to drop the shoulder closest to the camera. If all else fails, she can cover her neck with her hair.
