I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this variation on the kneeling pose, our model raises her behind. The almost 90-degree angle made by her lower legs and her stretched back introduce tension into the pose and make the model look more self-assured. If the shot requires your model to support her weight with her arms or hold one arm with the opposite hand, you should use the opportunity to give her bust a push.
