I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Als IT-Berater haben wir es immer direkt oder indirekt mit einer Gruppe von Menschen zu tun, die ein System bilden und in diesem System ein Ziel versuchen zu erreichen. Im beruflichen Kontext nennen wir dieses System Unternehmen oder Organisation. Bei genauerer Betrachtung zeigt sich, dass in jedem Unternehmen Regeln existieren, wie sich die Elemente des Systems (Mitarbeiter) verhalten dürfen oder auch gerade nicht verhalten dürfen. Diesen Verhaltensregeln liegen Werte zugrunde und die Summe aller Werte eines Unternehmens nennen wir die Unternehmenskultur.
Wenn wir als IT-Berater die jeweilige Unternehmenskultur kennen, dann macht uns das die Arbeit leichter, weil wir uns leichter im Unternehmen bewegen und ...
