I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Wir haben Informatik bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik studiert oder eine ähnliche berufliche Qualifikation erworben. Was hat das mit Kundenberatung oder gar Veränderungsprozessen zu tun? Sehr viel, denn aus der beruflichen Erfahrung wissen wir inzwischen, dass in diesen Themenbereichen eine Menge dafür getan werden kann, um langfristig beruflich erfolgreich zu arbeiten und Projekte zur Kundenzufriedenheit durchzuführen! Unsere Kunden sind dabei z. B. die Fachbereiche, mit denen wir bei einer Inhouse-Entwicklung tagtäglich zu tun haben, oder die Mitarbeiter anderer Firmen, mit denen wir kooperieren und die die Ergebnisse unserer Arbeit einsetzen. Projekte ohne Kunden verlieren ihren Zweck und funktionieren nicht!
