So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

10.1 Warum fallen uns Veränderungen so schwer?
Mit fast jedem IT-Projekt geht auch ein Veränderungsmanagement einher. Die neue Geschäftsprozess-Software verändert z. B. die Arbeitsweise der Sachbearbeiter einer Versicherung oder neue Produktionssteuerungen den Ablauf bei der Computerchip-Herstellung. Selbst die Umstellung von Windows XP auf Windows 7 warf bei einigen Firmen organisatorische Fragen auf, die z. B. ihre Abläufe mit selbsterstellten Makros in den eingesetzten Office-Paketen optimiert haben und diese nun an die neue Version anpassen mussten.
