4.4. System Testing and User Acceptance

As with any technology project, you will need to test that the system performs as expected technically, and receive user acceptance of your CRM solution to validate that it meets user-defined requirements. Some activities during this stage of the project are unique to a package system implementation like CRM, but many should be included for other types of efforts. The goals at this stage of your CRM project are to validate your design and build, and prepare for training and deployment of the solution.
