do this, it is important to first understand people’s needs, which allows us to
be of greater service.
KEY RECOMMENDATIONS
Gain clarity on your own and other’s
motivations (as individuals and collectively) and focus on those when socializing
the patterns rather than just focusing on policies to mandate use of the patterns.
Also realize that not everyone’s motivations are the same and quite often, the
underlying core motivations are not apparent. You may need to tailor how you
socialize the patterns in different ways t o meet different core motivations.
