I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the numerous individuals who have contributed to my development by showing me the ropes of right and wrong in negotiations since the mid-1980s.
To those who have taught, trained, and believed in me throughout this journey, I am deeply indebted. As negotiations are best approached as a team effort, it is impossible for me to recognize every person who has played a role in the formation of these ideas.

I am also grateful for the late Mr. Iwar Unt's influence. He was a critical mentor to me, and the concept upon which my continued work is based was originally designed by him in 1976 in Stockholm, Sweden.
