Don’t confuse a visionary person with one who has a vision. A visionary person tends to talk a lot without doing much. A person with vision is able to recruit others to help realize a vision. Such a person has no doubt about the vision, is always moving toward it, and possesses an inner strength that drives the person past the inevitable challenges.
