We judge others by their voice. If you sound either uncertain and timid or arrogant and demanding, your ability to gain charisma will falter. Your voice is your calling card: It must exude confidence, courage, and conviction. Charismatic voices have a soothing volume, varied emphases, good articulation, and a pleasing pitch.
