In many us cities, Amazon now delivers Double Stuf Oreos (or whatever else you currently need) to your door in less than two hours, while allowing you to track the product from shelf to door. This is an amazing feat for a company that didn’t exist twenty years ago, in an industry—internet retailing—that barely existed before its arrival. Amazon is even beginning to experiment with a crowd-sourced delivery service.
