It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

- Portrait focal length lens (85mm or higher recommended)
- Off-camera flash
- 5-in-1 Reflector
- Light stand (optional)
- Reflector holder (optional)
GOAL IMAGE
Sometimes when you’re photographing in natural light, even though it may be soft and overcast, it’s just not attractive on a face. Regardless of cloud coverage, the angle of light is what can make or break a portrait. Having control over your light in order to flatter your subject’s face is paramount. All images in this chapter are straight out of the camera.
