Measurement of Alignment
One of the new measures in our Learning Impact Measurement Framework is the measurement of “alignment.” Alignment is a critically important topic to training managers. When L & D managers are asked what their biggest challenges are, “being better aligned with the business” continually comes up as one of the top three challenges.
