Now that we have our flywheel turning, how do we ensure we are moving in the right direction? The flywheel provides and distributes the power, but applying Wardley Mapping throughout all four phases of the Value Flywheel Effect provides direction and prevents derailment. Wardley Mapping encourages organizations to make constant micro adjustments to maintain direction and move at pace.
