Map the Emerging Value

There is a specific pattern to some maps. Moving components creates space for innovation or emerging value in your organization. Sometimes the value is new (not yet identified) and the map can help you see that, and sometimes the value is latent (you know it’s there) and the map can help create space for it. In fact, the entire Value Flywheel Effect can also be modeled in a single map, as shown in Figure 19.1.
