In the first phase of the Value Flywheel Effect, we’ll use a map to flesh out our clarity of purpose. Often a map of the competitive market will help identify gaps in the market that your business could choose to address. It’s important in this stage to think about what your differentiators are and if you understand what customer needs you’re solving.
