Norbert Engst is an IT Specialist in the EMEA Storage ATS (Advanced
Technical Support) in Mainz, Germany. He has worked at IBM for more than
eight years, with five years of experience in the tape and backup solutions field.
Norbert holds a graduate degree in computer science from the University of
Erlangen- Nuremberg. His areas of expertise includes SAN designs, technical
reviews, and validations for customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He
supports onsite pre- and post-sales cases for tape and IBM storage software.
