I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

User Pools
User Pools contain the blocks of data that make up user files. Administrators can
create one or more user storage pools, and then create policies that contain
rules that cause the MDS servers to store data for specific files in the appropriate
storage pools.
A special User Pool is the default User Pool. This is used to store the data for a
file if the file is not assigned to a specific storage pool by a rule in the active
policy. One User Pool, which is automatically designated the default User Pool,
is created when the SAN File System is installed. This can be changed by
creating another User Pool and setting it to the default User Pool.
