I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There is new trend to use Ethernet resources for storage. Since the bandwidths
of both SANs and Ethernet networks have gone over the gigabit limit, many
people are beginning to consider using cheaper Ethernet interfaces rather than
the expensive Fibre Channel interfaces. Also, skills to manage an IP network are
more readily found than skills to design and implement a SAN. The
communication networking is based on design considerations different from
those of storage networking.
