With the wireless router set up and all the computers now communicating with it, it is time to turn our attention to securing the wireless network.
Note
The starting assumption is that you have already been successful in setting up the home wireless network without security in Chapters 7, “Wireless Router Setup,” and 8, “Wireless NIC Setup.” If not, stop and do that first. Turning security on in a wireless network that is already having issues is only going to increase the problem, not solve it.
