So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The anti-corruption layer
An isolating layer talks to the other systems through its existing interface with little or no modifications (to the other systems) and provides clients with the functionality of their own domain. This layer is responsible for translating communication between the two models in both directions, as needed.
