Service discoverability
Services lose their purpose if they are not exposed or published to internal or external entities. Services are rated by their usage and by the number of customers using the service, regardless of its consumption by external or internal customers. It is challenging to find the available services even within internal teams, but with utmost care and effort, we can bring best practices on discoverability. Standardization of services also helps to achieve better discoverability.
