I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Workload distribution pattern
IT resources and business workloads are sometimes subjected to heavy usage. When the number of users goes up sharply, the problems, such as performance degradation, reduced availability, reliability, and so on, can arise and choke the system. There are a few interesting solutions being recommended for overcoming these issues. Horizontal scalability and the leverage of load balancers in front of web, application, and database servers are being widely and wisely implemented in order to fulfill the agreed SLAs between the providers and the users. Workload instances need to be distributed to tackle heavy user loads.
