I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Once again you have gone through a tremendous amount of material. I started you off showing you many of the potential problems that can and do occur on a network. Then, you moved through ways that each of those things could be handled or prevented.
Next, I took you through the process for implementing QoS, from planning and assessment all the way through setting up the policy. I then introduced you to quite a few different QoS components that can be used to correct problems that might arise on your network.
