I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Passive-Aggressive Communicators: The Alienators
Passive-aggressive communicators also lack assertiveness. Each of us knows at least one person who communicates passive-aggressively, and we all get frustrated dealing with this style of communication. And each of us has at some point probably been guilty of passive-aggressive communication ourselves. When people communicate passive aggressively, there is an appearance of agreement on the surface, but their veiled words contain a hidden agenda—passive-aggressive communicators say one thing, yet mean something else. For one reason or another, the person who communicates passive aggressively finds it either too difficult to communicate directly or is too devious to be open and honest.
