I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

To become an integrated leader, make sure that you are being authentic. Honor your core values by knowing what they are and using them to guide you. Be true to yourself, and stay grounded in your own integrity. Become an observer of yourself, and of your beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors. Prevent yourself from getting trapped in negative thoughts. Pinpoint any patterns and self-limiting beliefs that need to be changed. Recognize when your critical voice is talking to you, and take actions to counter negative messages, beliefs, or behaviors. Remember to feel the power of your past successes, and be sure you integrate them into your present-day experience, allowing the leader within you to emerge.
