So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Be Connected:Build Strategic Relationships
You can succeed on your own terms, but you can’t succeed alone—you need other people. Building strategic relationships is the fifth key strategy for coaching yourself to leadership. It’s helpful to first develop the other four strategies—to identify your values, to create your vision, to build your emotional intelligence, and to hone your assertive communication skills—because they will help you make connections and develop relationships that will support your growth as a leader.
