Integrated leaders are flexible and adaptable, and can assess situations and respond appropriately by adjusting their leadership style, moving from one style to another depending on what’s needed in the moment. In the last decade, there has been a lot of discussion about women’s leadership styles and whether or not they are different from men’s. Research on women’s leadership suggests that women do tend to differ from men in the way they approach leadership.
