So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A potential source of small business funding is grants. A grant is a gift of money that does not have to be repaid. While there is no nationwide network for awarding grants to start-up firms, almost every state, city, and local community is trying to find ways to encourage people to start businesses as a way of growing their economies.
