I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

BUILDER'S WORK
When quoting direct to the owner for heating and ventilating work,
items of builder's work may, at the owner's request, be included as
a separate item. This will normally be a quotation from a builder
to the heating contractor, based upon a schedule of items prepared
by the latter. Should the builder's work not be included in the heating
contractor's tender he will make this clear to the owner and give a
schedule of the building work which has been excluded.
In the case of a new building the invitation to tender is usually
