per cent for air conditioning installations, based in each case upon
the capital cost of the plant room equipment as installed.
ANNUAL COST OF ELECTRICITY USED IN PLANT ROOM
The cost of electricity for plant room lighting, pump motors, stoker
motors and oil burners, and in the case of many oil-fired systems,
electricity for maintaining the oil storage temperature, must be
included in the estimate.
