It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Off load at site, and move ladders, scaffolding, ducts, fittings, brackets, insulating
materials and tools, to fixing position on the ground floor of a new unoccupied
building. Mark out duct runs and fixings. Fix hangers and brackets. Trim ductwork,
joint and erect straight runs. Mark out for, trim and fix branches, bends, etc.
Remove ladders or scaffolding, and clean up.
