Three principal factors vary the time required to install a radiator
or other form of heater connected to a hot water or steam system.
These are:
(1) Size of radiator flow and return connections.
(2) Amount of work needed to connect radiator flow and return
to mains.
(3) Weight of radiator.
The time constants given in Section 8 and in the other sections
dealing with space heaters have therefore been related to these
factors rather than to thermal output.
