I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Scrum Has Too Many Meetings
The Scrum events fit nicely into a sprint. Sprint planning, the daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective are all time-boxed, meaning they have a maximum duration that the team can’t exceed. Here’s an example of what the events in a one-month sprint might look like; you can tailor the duration of these events to suit your situation:
When you map these events out over a sprint, it doesn’t seem like Scrum is meeting-heavy, but after a few sprints the development team members might start to make comments about Scrum being meeting-centric:
