So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In 2011, our organization, e-commerce company Allegro Group, realized it needed a way to quickly react to changes in the market. Our waterfall process was not allowing us to do that, so we started making our way toward agility.
