I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Challenges for businesses
It takes time to achieve the final output, which delays the product, resulting in a loss for the business. The following challenges occur as we adapt a new technology stack, and there are plenty of changes in the code:
- Loss of clients: Here, we are still in the stage of development but the demand for our business is very high; however, the development team is taking longer than expected to deliver the product.
- It takes more time to roll out the production updates: Development efforts are time-consuming at the moment, which delays the subsequent activities and leads to a delay in production.
