So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
SOLID
SOLID is one of the most influential design principles and we will cover it in more detail in Chapter 3, Implementing Design Patterns - Basics Part 1. Actually made up of five design principles, the intention of SOLID is to encourage designs that are more maintainable and easier to understand. These principles encourage code bases that are easier to modify and they reduce the risk of issues being introduced.
In Chapter 3, Implementing Design Patterns - Basics Part 1, SOLID will be covered in more detail by being applied to a C# application.
