I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Challenges for businesses
The following challenges occur as we adapt a new technology stack, and there are plenty of changes in the code. Therefore, it takes time to achieve the final output, which delays the product, resulting in a loss for the business:
- Loss of clientele: Here, we are still in the development stage but the demand for our business is very high. However, the development team is taking longer than expected to deliver the product.
- It takes more time to roll out the production updates: Development efforts are time-consuming at the moment and this delays the subsequent activities, leading to a delay in production.
