I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Web applications and how they work
Web applications are one of the best implementations of the client-server architecture. A web application can be a small piece of code, a program, or a complete solution for a problem or a business scenario in which users interact with one another or with the server, using browsers. A web application serves requests and responses via browsers, mainly through the use of HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP).
Whenever any communication occurs between the client and the server, two things happen: the client initiates the request and the server generates the response.
