Developing wind turbine digital twins with Azure ML

We developed digital twins for wind turbines in Chapter 14, Implementing a Digital Twin - Advanced Analytics. This is a physics-based model and doesn't require ML libraries, which means that it can be deployed on Azure without the Azure ML service. It is, however, a good exercise to understand how Azure ML works. In this exercise, we will follow these steps:

1. Develop a model with a rich tool such as Jupyter Notebook
2. Build an image with the model
3. Register the model
4. Deploy a container-based microservice
5. Test the model
