Downloading a dataset on S3

To start our exercise, we need to download the data to a repository that is accessible by SageMaker. To do this, we can use S3:

1. We need to sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon S3 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/s3.
2. In the upper-right corner of the AWS Management Console, we can choose our desired AWS region. In this example, we will use EU (Ireland).

3. Now, we will need to create a bucket. In the S3 console, click on the + Create bucket button, as shown in the following screenshot:

4. For the Bucket name field, type iiot-book-data in the textbox and click Next ...
